Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) East Zone Conference

Being entrusted with an event of such national importance reflects our commitment to excellence, diligence, and ability to deliver high-impact experiences for both government and public audiences. We had the honour of managing hospitality and delegate welcome services for the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) East Zone Conference, held from December 1st to 3rd, 2023, at the Agartala International Trade Fair Ground, Hapania.
As part of our commitment to promoting local culture, we curated a special exhibition stall titled "Tripura Heritage and Culture." This unique showcase featured handcrafted bamboo products, authentic Tripuri cuisine, and tour packages in collaboration with Tripura Tourism, giving attendees a vibrant glimpse into the state-rich traditions and lifestyle. Delegates were warmly welcomed in traditional Tripuri fashion, adorned with the
symbolizing our dedication to cultural authenticity and heartfelt hospitality.
The event was attended by senior officials, medical professionals from across India, and esteemed representatives, making it both a professional milestone for Chander Pahar Events and a proud celebration of Tripura’s identity on a national stage.

MSME (RAMP) Programme – Agartala International Fair Ground

Chander Pahar Events, in collaboration with Yug Entertainment, successfully organized the MSME (RAMP) Programme held at the Agartala International Fair Ground on 1st October 2024. The event was graced by several prominent government officials from various MSME agencies, including the Hon’ble Minister of Industries and Commerce, Tripura State Assembly, Smt. Santana Chakma.
As the lead event planner, Chander Pahar Events managed the entire event end-to-end —from venue decoration, flex and banner setup, delegate hospitality, food and catering, to on-ground manpower coordination. Our comprehensive planning and execution ensured a seamless and impactful event experience for all attendees.

PM-VISWAKARMA Exhibition-cum-Trade Fair Agartala

We are proud to have successfully organized the PM-VISWAKARMA Exhibition- cum-Trade Fair held in Agartala, 2024. This prestigious 3-day event showcased our full-spectrum event management capabilities—from stall design and venue decoration to VIP hospitality, stage setup, catering, and food service.

National Workshop – 2025

We recently had the privilege of organizing the & National Workshop – 2025 hosted by MSME-DFO on February 29th, 2025, at Pragna Bhavan, Agartala. The workshop focused on key topics such as packaging, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship, bringing together professionals, industry leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs under one roof. Chander Pahar Events was entrusted with the complete event management, managing every detail from stage decoration, event promotion, and VIP reception to transportation arrangements, as well as food and catering services. We are proud to have delivered a smooth, impactful, and professional experience for all attendees. MKCG Medical College and Hospital Reunion Event

We had the honour of organizing the MKCG Medical College and Hospital Reunion Event, welcoming 56 esteemed doctors and their families from across India to Tripura for a memorable two-day celebration.
Chander Pahar Events was proud to design and deliver the entire experience—from hotel accommodations, catering and food arrangements, to a vibrant cultural evening in Agartala featuring folk dance and live music. The second day included a special guided tour to “NEERMAHAL” – the floating wonder of Tripura, giving guests a unique glimpse into the region's heritage and beauty. It was a privilege to manage this prestigious event for one of India’s renowned medical institutions, and we are profoundly grateful to have been part of such a meaningful.

Rural Exploration Campaign – Chamanu & Longtharai Waterfall (September 2023)

In September 2023, we organized a vibrant and immersive rural exploration campaign covering Chamanu and the breathtaking Longtharai Waterfall. The objective was to discover the untouched beauty of local villages and engage with indigenous cultures in their purest form.

A group of 52 tourists, along with our dedicated team, took part in this unique event. The campaign was thoughtfully planned to provide an authentic experience of rural life. Participants enjoyed traditional local cuisine, interacted with villagers, and gained insights into their daily lives and customs.
We explored hidden gems nestled in the hills, embarked on trekking adventures, and experienced the refreshing serenity of a natural waterfall bath at Longtharai.The combination of cultural exchange and adventure created an unforgettable journey for everyone involved. The event was a resounding success, praised for its organization, cultural respect, and the spirit of community it fostered.

Environmental Awareness Campaign (MBB College area, 2023)

SAVE GREEN, SAVE TRIPURA: At Chander Pahar Events, we believe in doing more than just business—we believe in giving back. As part of our commitment to community and sustainability, we proudly launched the & SAVE GREEN, SAVE TRIPURA & campaign, an initiative aimed at keeping our city clean and protecting the natural beauty of our state.
Through this awareness campaign, we actively engage local communities in cleaning and preserving important tourist destinations across Tripura. It is our way of contributing to a greener, cleaner, and more welcoming environment for both residents and visitors.
